Atlas provided inspection from the grading of this massive site through the erection of structural steel and pouring of the final yards of concrete. This $115 million wastewater and treatment plant included administration and operations buildings, tanks and retention ponds. Atlas worked closely with The Covello Group to monitor and control construction costs.
